VOTE COUNTING EQUIPMENT USER
The Division of Elections, hereinafter referred to as "the
division" agrees to provide the following equipment:
TEAMWORK SOFTWARE VERSION 1.1, CARD READER AND INTERFACE BOX WITH
ASSOCIATED CABLES to Kodiak Island Borou¢h ,
hereinafter referred to as "user," for use in its municipal
elections.
The division is sole owner of the software and faces forfeiture of
its license if the licensing agreement with Sequoia Pacific
Corporation (SPC) is not followed properly.
The division is restricted by its licensing agreement with (SPC)
to eight (8) copies of the Teamwork Software. No more than eight
vote counting sites may use the software. If additional sites are
added the division must purchase additional software copies. All
placement of the software is wholly within the discretion of the
division. The user agrees to only use this product for its
municipal elections and in addition agrees to abide by the state's
licensing agreement.
The user will be responsible for the proper storage and operation
of the equipment as per the attached guidelines for storage and
operation.
The user, if applicable, will allow the division to use its
personal computer and printer, compatible with the use of Teamwork
software as listed in the attached Users Guide Manual. The
Division can provide an external modem, 2400 Baud, compatible with
the IBM PS2 computer systems. If the user does not have a
compatible modem available, the division must be informed no later
than June 1, 1992.
The division, as owner of all equipment and software, is
responsible for general maintenance and repair. The user is
responsible for any damage caused to the equipment from improper
storage or usage. The division must be informed immediately if the

equipment is not functioning properly.
I agree to the terms of this user agreement with the Division of
Elections.
