We hereby submit specifications and estimates tor:
We offer to inspect and repair your various roof systems on a time
and material basis under the following conditions:
1) We will be reimbursed for our direct labor at a rate of sf� per'hour
for our lead roofer_and_a.W for his helper. These rates are in effect
while our personnel are pursuing these roofing repairs. Materials to
be supplied by owner.
2) You retain the right to supply a helper in lieu of our roofer helper.
He will beyouremployee, his work will be paid by you,_and.he is subject
to your liability insurance.
3)__ Lie will provide you_with a daily job report that will indicate work
done and hours spent. We will bill you on a monthly basis or at -the point
in time that you stop. our work_
4) You may stop our work at any time.
5) The work will __procee..d at your direction and is expected to be
scheduled one roof at a time.
5) No rubber roof. _system. _wi11_be covered until inspected by K.1-B.S.D.
personnel.

of one year, but we do not guarantee that we will, in all cases, be
