A regular meeting of the Joint Building Code Review Committee was held on Thursday;
2012, in the Conference Room of the Kodiak Island Borough Building, 710 Mill -The
meeting was called to order at 3:40 p.m.
Present were committee members, Scott Bonney, John Butler, and Gregg Hacker. Staff members
present were Building Official Doug Mathers and Borough Deputy Clerk Marylynn McFarland.
Absent were committee members Scott Arndt and Ed Mahoney, and ex- officio members Jerrol Friend
and Randy Bishop.
A. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
HACKER moved to approve the agenda.
Motion carried unanimously.
B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES — August 23 and September 13, 2012
HACKER moved to approve the meeting minutes of August 23 and September 13, 2012.
Motion carried unanimously.
BONNEY moved to postpone the Joint Building Code Review Committee meeting to Thursday,
October 18, 2012, due to the absence of committee members.
Motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
BUTLER moved to adjourn the meeting.
Motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:45 p.m.

Present was committee member Gregg Hacker. Staff members present were Building Official Doug

Due to the lack of a quorum, the meeting was rescheduled to Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 4 p.m.
