Thank you for your phone call and e-mail regarding your project to renovate the old NAPA building. Because the survey
found no asbestos, this project is not regulated by EPA. No notification is required.

The Kodiak Island Borough ( mlvdick(Dkodiakak.us ) has asked that you email them a statement confirming what you and
I discussed.
I have attached a copy of Satori's report on my renovation work area.
As I stated in our conversation theā¢hazmat report is clean and there will be no structural demolition.
