You are correct that the demolition of a single family home is not regulated under EPA's asbestos program. You
may move forward and demolish the building w/o notification to EPA.

John,
Thank you for speaking with me the other day about removing a house that's
falling down. I purchased the property in December of 2012. The address
is 2316 Mill Bay LOT 26A I would be removing the house and be taking it to
the dump. The house is about 950 sq feet and a tin roof, some sheet rock
and wood paneling in side with wall paper. I have attached a photo of the
house I would like to remove.
