The parking space plot for Alaska Fresh Seafoods is a too- scale representation of
a 21 space layout which is possible for the required amount of places. The plant is
listed as having a total of 12602 square feet under multiple roofs. The industrial
requirement is one space per 700 square feet of combined warehouse and office
space. (12602/700= 18 spaces) the additional 3 spaces could cover the Kodiak
adventures operations to meet the requirements of 3 spaces per use in the code.
