This testing was required by the asbestos NESHAP under the Clean Air Act. . Because the cement material is non detect for asbestos, that means your renovation project is v / not regulated. You may dispose of the debris without notification to EPA. No further steps are required by EPA. Please give me a call if you have any further questions about the asbestos program. The test indicates no asbestos noted. I will follow up with a phone call to find out what is the next step. In talking with the gentleman at City of Kodiak Planning and Zoning, he indicated that possibly even an email from you would satisfy his requirements, but if there are other steps necessary, please let me know.
