White Environmental Concrete Test Results 1- 6- 12.pdf
Joe Robinson
Westward Seafoods, Kodiak, AK
Joe, thank you for sending me your asbestos testing results for a cement foundation at the
Kodiak seafood plant. This testing was required by the asbestos NESHAP under the Clean Air
Act.
. Because the cement material is non detect for asbestos, that means your renovation project is
v / not regulated. You may dispose of the debris without notification to EPA. No further steps
are required by EPA.
Please give me a call if you have any further questions about the asbestos program.
Sincerely,
John Pavitt

John,
I have attached the test results from the concrete sample, from the concrete that has been
removed, that I sent to White Environmental at your request for our floor replacement project
here at Westward Seafoods, Kodiak, AK. The test indicates no asbestos noted.
I will follow up with a phone call to find out what is the next step. In talking with the
gentleman at City of Kodiak Planning and Zoning, he indicated that possibly even an email
from you would satisfy his requirements, but if there are other steps necessary, please let
me know.
Regards,
Joe Robinson
