The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT) has reviewed your
request to utilize the Right of Way adjacent to your property to assist in vehicle
maneuvering for the existing parking outside of the DDT Right of Way. The - Department
has no objection to this use.
It is understood the location specified will not incur any costs or liability to the State of
Alaska. In addition, you will be responsible for adherence to the following items:
1. You must keep all personnel and vehicles off the traveled way.
2. You agree not to place any objects or structures within the right of way
except as provided for above.
3. You will in noway Impair the site distance needed for proper and safe
vehicle operation or restrict the traffic flow on the traveled way,
4, You will in no way deter or prevent State of Alaska personnel from
entering the area rights of way involved for any reason or Interfere with the
maintenance of the traveled way.
5. You will in no way directly involve the State's right of way in any
commercial venture.
6. You will limit presence in the right of way to a$ needed and /or during
business operating hours Only.
