elevated steel platform and installation of three new Andrew OBXLH- 6565A -VTM panel antennas and three new TMA's on existing
antennas. Six coax lines.

Dear Property Management,
AT &T is in the process of conducting minor enhancement modifications to its above referenced communications facility and this
courtesy ratification serves to provide notification of this work. Essentially, the work will improve AT &T's network for our customers
that use and rely on our service and the scope of work is as follows:
I. Remove existing whip antennas on top of the wood polartower and replace with three (3) panel antennas near the top of the
Pole, along with necessary TMA's, diplexers, and new coax lines.
2 Add anew steel platform and RBS cabinet near the base of the pole and existing cabinet. The new cabinet, platform,
icebndge and other associated equipment will be located within the existing leased premises. See attached sketch of
modifications.
This modification work shall be in conformance with the "Cell Site License Agreement' signed on 1217/2005. All work will only occur
within the 600 square fool leased premises.
