For clarification, two of the unpermitted accessory buildings are located within the required front yard setback of 25 feet. The third building is a conex van that was never permitted. Our issuance of a zoning compliance for your addition will be conditioned upon withholding your Certificate of Occupancy (CO) by the building department until all three accessory buildings are either removed or moved to sites on your parcel that meet the required setbacks. You may want to talk to your lender, Residential Mortgage, to understand the full implications of this action and what could occur if these structures are not relocated and fully permitted. Should you have any questions, please stop the office, Room 205, for more information.
