May 24, 2011 Regular Meeting 7 p.m. in the KIB School District Conference Room
CALL TO ORDER
CHAIR SIROFCHUCK called to order the May 24, 2011 Parks & Recreation regular meeting
at 7:10 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Requested to be excused were Patrick Saltonstall due to being in Karluk for work, Pam
Foreman due to setting up a Crab Fest booth, Hans Tschersich due to being out of state, and
Rick Lindholm due to being sick.
Committee members present were Mike Sirofchuck, Jeff Huntley, Sandra West, and Willy
Bethea. Absent were Pam Foreman, Hans Tschersich, Patrick Saltonstall, Andy Schroeder,
and Rick Lindholm. Ex- officio members absent were Kevin Murphy, Ian Fulp, Chris Lynch,
Peggy Rauwolf, Norm Wooten (Alt.), Casey Janz, and Brent Watkins (Alt.).
Community Development Department staff present was Bud Cassidy and Sheila Smith.
A quorum was not established.
ADJOURN
Due to a lack of quorum, CHAIR SIROFCHUCK adjourned the meeting at 7:12 p.m.
