a. Resolution No. FY2008 -08 Moving Money from Undesignated Projects in
Fund 410, Borough Capital Projects to the Kodiak Middle School Asbestos
Abatement Project, the Main Elementary Asbestos Abatement Project, and the
Kodiak High School Soil Remediation Project.
b. Resolution No. FY2008 -09 Requesting the North Pacific Fishery
Management Council to Extend the Eighteen Month Review for the
Bering Sea Crab Rationalization Program.
