2. CONSIDERATION OF MATTERS FOR THE SPECIAL MEETING
A. Ordinance No. 2002 -10B Amending Fiscal Year 2003 Budget to Reflect
Amendments.
Recommended motion: Move to adopt Ordinance No. 2002 -10B in first reading to
advance to public hearing on September 19, 2002.
