Election Held October 3, 2000.
2. Resolution No. 2000 -31 Adopting an Alternative Allocation Method for the Fiscal
Year 2001 Shared Fisheries Business Tax Program and Certifying That This
Allocation Method Fairly Represents the Distribution of Significant Effects of
Fisheries Business Activity in the Kodiak Island Borough.

1. Ordinance No. 2000 -15 Authorizing the Kodiak Island Borough to Issue General
Obligation School Bonds, 2000 Series A, in the Principal Amount of Not to Exceed
$1,485,000 to Provide Funds for School and Related Capital Improvements in the
Borough, Fixing certain Details of Such Bonds and Authorizing the Sale.
2. Ordinance No. 2000 -16 Authorizing the Kodiak Island Borough to Issue Taxable
General Obligation School Bonds, 2000 Series B in the Principal Amount of Not
to Exceed $1,175,000 to Provide Funds for School and Related Capital
Improvements in the Borough, Fixing Certain Details of Such Bonds '
Authorizing the Sale.
