1. Resolution No. 2000 -26 A Joint Resolution of the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough
and the Council of the City of Kodiak Requesting the Movement of the Marine Mammal
Section of the Alaska Fisheries Science Center from Seattle, Washington to Kodiak,
Alaska; Requesting that the National Marine Fisheries Service be Proactive in Regard to
Species Approaching Threatened Status in the North Pacific and Alaskan Waters; and
Requesting the North Pacific Research Board be Appointed and Start Functioning as c
