I CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:36 p.m. in the Borough
Assembly Chambers.

A quorum was established.
Mrs. Cater moved to excuse Mr. White and Mr. Wakefield from the
meeting. Seconded by Mr. Rounsaville. Motion carried by unanimous
voice vote.
1. Res. No. 85 -84 -R Awarding The School Speed Limit Signs With
Flashing Beacons Contract.
Mr. Naughton moved to adopt Resolution No. 85 -84 -R which awards
the contract to Brechan Enterprise, Inc. in an amount not to exceed
$130,710.00. Seconded by Mrs. Cater. Motion carried by unanimous
roll call vote.
2. Res. No. 85 -86 -R To Effect Certain Budget Changes In The
Capital Projects Funds.
Mr. Naughton moved to adopt Resolution No. 85 -86 -R. Secconded by
Mr. Blankenburg. Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote.
IV ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Rounsaville moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Mr.
Naughton.
Mayor Peterson adjourned the meeting at 6:43 pm.
