discuss a matter pertaining
to personnel regarding the
Borough Clerk's salary.

MOTION CARRIED Unanimous
Deputy Mayor Heinrichs recessed the special meeting into
executive session and invited Clerk Nielsen to attend.
Deputy Mayor Heinrichs reconvened the special meeting and
announced that no action would be taken as a result of the
executive session.
