A special meeting of the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly was held
February 27, 2003 in the Kodiak Island Borough Conference Room at
710 Mill Bay Road. The meeting was called to order at 8:25 p.m.

At 8:27 p.m., Deputy Mayor Heinrichs recessed the special meeting
into executive session and invited Manager Carlson and the clerk's
office staff to attend.
At 8:39 p.m., Deputy Mayor Heinrichs reconvened the special
meeting and announced that no action would be taken as a result of
the executive session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Assembly, the
meeting was adjourned at 8:39 p.m.
