AN RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF LEASE REGARDING
THE WOMEN'S BAY FIRE HALL APARTMENT
WHEREAS, Kodiak Island Borough Code 18.40.020 Negotiated leases requires approval by
the Assembly of specific leases; and
WHEREAS, the amount charged to Mr. Roger Frost and Mrs. Robin Frost has been
discussed and approved by the Women's Bay Fire Protection District at their June 3, 2008
meeting; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Frost is a volunteer with the Women's Bay Fire Department; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH that the Borough Manager is hereby authorized to sign the lease on behalf of the
Assembly.
