The Assembly finds that the Municipal Election of October 2, 2001 was validly held
and hereby certifies the election outcome for Monashka Bay Road Service Area
Board Member.
In the Monashka Bay Road Service Area, Jeff Hamer was elected to a three -year
term. As Mr. Hamer currently serves on the board and cannot hold two seats, his
choice would be to either resign the current seat or decline to assume the duties of
the newly elected seat. In either case, a vacancy would be created that would be
filled per KIB 4.15.040
