A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
APPROVING ELECTION WORKERS FOR THE
FEBRUARY 20, 2001 BOROUGH SPECIAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough will conduct a special election on Tuesday, Februar
20, 2001; and
WHEREAS, per KIBC 7.30.010 the assembly shall appoint at least three (3) judges in eac
precinct to constitute the election board of that precinct. The borough clerk is the electio
supervisor; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAN
BOROUGH that the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly appoints the following individuals t
serve as election workers for the February 20, 2001 Borough Special Election.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH that the borough clerk may appoint up to three (3) election clerks at any
polling place as needed to conduct an orderly election and to relieve the election judges of
undue hardship. The borough clerk shall also appoint up to four (4) canvass board judges
to canvass the election.
