1999-24 CIP FY2001-2005 ListKODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RESOLUTION NO. 99 -24 Introduced by: Requested by: Drafted by: Introduced: Adopted: Manager Jensen Manager Jensen Manager Jensen 10/21/99 10/21/99 A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ADOPTING A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 2001 THROUGH 2005 AND ESTABLISHING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS PRIORITY LIST WHEREAS, a five -year Capital Improvement Program has been prepared by the Kodiak Island Borough for fiscal years 2001 through 2005; and WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough's Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the prioritized fiscal year 2001 capital improvement priorities at its meeting, in accordance with Kodiak Island Borough Code 2.40.030E; and WHEREAS, the Assembly held a public meeting on the five -year Capital Improvement Program, including the priorities, during its meeting on October 21, 1999; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH THAT: Section 1: The Kodiak Island Borough's capital improvement project priorities for fiscal year 2000 are as follows: 1. Resurfacing Rezanof Drive from Mill Bay Road to the Landfill and from the Coast Guard Base to Womens Bay $ 2,000,000 2. Kodiak School Upgrades 3,000,000 3. Kodiak School Career Technical Addition 5,500,000 4. Monashka Bay Public Boat Launch 2,000,000 5. Spruce Cape Road Water /Sewer Line Replacement 2,000,000 6. North Star Elementary School Addition 2,600,000 7. Kodiak Air Terminal /Feasibility and Preliminary Engineering Design of Air Terminal 500,000 8. Anton Larson Airstrip 2,500,000 9.
