THE RECORDS MANAGER TO DISPOSE OF CERTAIN KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH RECORDS
WHEREAS, Kodiak Island Borough Code 2.16.200 provides for the destruction of
permanent Kodiak Island Borough records that have been microfilmed or optical disc
imaged; and
WHEREAS, the attached list of records have been optical disc imaged and the disc
has been verified; and
WHEREAS, the attached list of records are of a permanent nature and the disc shall
be retained permanently; and
WHEREAS, the department head has reviewed and authorized the destruction of the
specific records attached to this resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH that
Section 1: The attached list of records have been optical disc imaged and the disc
shall be retained permanently.
Section 2: These records may be destroyed as provided by Kodiak Island Borough
Code 2.16.200B.
