1998-25 Borough Records DisposalA RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AUTHORIZING THE RECORDS MANAGER TO DISPOSE OF CERTAIN KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RECORDS WHEREAS, Kodiak Island Borough Code 2.16.200 provides for the destruction of records that have been found not to be of historical interest nor to have a legal or administrative value or that have been microfilmed; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95 -01 provides the minimum retention requirements for specific records; and WHEREAS, the department head has reviewed and authorized the destruction of the specific records attached to this resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH that Section 1: The attached list of records are not of historical, legal, or administrative value and have met the minimum retention requirements.
