DETERMINED TO BE SURPLUS TO PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough is preparing for Land Sale #13; and
WHEREAS, the parcels listed below are consistent with the Kodiak Island Borough
Comprehensive Plans; and
WHEREAS, the parcels listed below are surplus to the needs of the Borough; and
WHEREAS, the parcels listed below have been reviewed in accordance with section
18.20.030 of the Borough Code at an advertised and noticed public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH that the parcels listed below shall be disposed of by sale at Kodiak Island
Borough Land Sale #13:
