A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
FOR FISCAL YEARS 1999 THROUGH 2003
AND ESTABLISHING CAPITAL PROJECT PRIORITIES
WHEREAS, a five -year Capital Improvement Program has been prepared by the Kodiak
Island Borough for fiscal years 1999 through 2003; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough's Planning and Zoning Commission has
recommended approval of the prioritized fiscal year 1999 capital improvement priorities
at its meeting, in accordance with Kodiak Island Borough Code 2.40.030E; and
WHEREAS, the Assembly held a public meeting on the five -year Capital Improvement
Program, including the priorities, during its meeting on August 21, 1997;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: The document entitled "Kodiak Island Borough Capital Improvement
Program" for the years July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2003 is hereby adopted by
reference.
Section 2: The Kodiak Island Borough's capital project priorities for fiscal year 1999
are as follows:
