A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 97 -10 ESTABLISHING
FEES OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH TO WAIVER
FEES FOR DISPOSAL OF JUNK VEHICLES DURING SPRING CLEAN -UP
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough recognizes the need to responsibly recycle
vehicles, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough wishes to conveniently provide recycle
opportunities to its residents during spring clean -up;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Resolution No. 97 -10 is hereby amended by waiving the fifty dollar
($50.00) metal disposal residential fee.
2: Resolution No. 97 -10 is hereby amended by waiving the fifty dollar
($50.00) towing fee, limited to one automobile per household.
Resolution No. 97 -10 is hereby amended by discounting the commercial
business fee by twenty -five percent (25 %).
Section 4: The waiver is hereby effective May 4, 1998 through May 16, 1998.
