Ap ove the Borough's budget, including requests for personnel nagement funds. pprove personnel policies and procedures developed by the Personnel Board. e. Approve recommendations provided by the Working Conditions Advisory Council. f. Approve, by ordinance, additions and /or changes to position descriptions, position classification plans and salary schedule.
