1997-20 Amending Title 2 Admin and Personnel - ARBAN ORDINANCE AMENDING KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES TITLE 2 ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL CHAPTER 2.45 ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING REVIEW BOARD TO REFLECT CHANGES TO RESPONSIBILITIES WHEREAS, the Architectural /Engineering Review Board has recommended changes to the responsibilities of the Board; and WHEREAS, it is the Board's wishes to be apprised of changes in the building; and WHEREAS, it is the Board's wishes that communication with the assembly be strengthened; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH THAT: Section 1: This ordinance is a general and permanent nature and shall become a part of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances. The board is empowered to: A. Review all architectural and engineering proposals and design drawings for borough owned buildings and public funded projects, evaluate and propose improve/ha/its to sp ectfii do is and drawings And evaluate th li of proposed architects and forward a recommendation.
