AN ORDINANCE AMENDING KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF
ORDINANCES CHAPTER 16.50 FINAL PLAT
SECTION 16.50.020 REQUIREMENTS OF FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska Recorder's Office no longer requires copies of plats
to be filed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:

This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature and shall become a
part of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances.

Requirements of Final Plat is amended as follows:
B. Feyf{q.} blueline or blackline copies and the polyester film
original of the final plat shall be submitted.
