AN ORDINANCE AMENDING KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE
CHAPTER 8.20 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL
SECTION 8.20.065 SERVICE REQUESTS, BILLING AND COLLECTION
WHEREAS, the charges for late payments of commercial and residential solid waste
collection service shall be consistent with the late payment fees of
Kodiak Island Borough Code Chapter 13 Utilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature and shall become a
part of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances.
Kodiak Island Borough Code Chapter 8.20 Solid Waste Collection and
Disposal, Section 8.20.065 Service requests, billing and collection is
amended as follows:
8.20.065 Service requests, billing and collection.
C. Payments for garbage collection and t s.
