ORDINANCE NO. 94 -05
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS
BY UPDATING POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
(DIRECTOR OF THE MENTAL HEALTH CENTER AND
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF THE MENTAL HEALTH CENTER)
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly, in keeping with the personnel
policy, recognizes that personnel rules and regulations must be amended
from time to time in order to provide for necessary personnel
adjustments; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly adopted the compensation study as
a methodology that enables equitable distribution of salary ranges on
July 6, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the final staffing plan for the Mental Health Center has resulted in the
final ratings for the position of the Mental Health Center director and
Mental Health Center assistant director; and
WHEREAS, the following amendments have been reviewed by the Mental Health
Center Advisory Board at their meeting of March 21, 1994, and the
Personnel Advisory Board at their regular meeting of March 30, 1994,
and both boards unanimously recommended approval by the Assembly;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature and shall become a
part of the Kodiak Island Borough Personnel Rules and Regulations.
