AN ORDINANCE REZONING TRACTS A, B, AND D LOCATED WITHIN
LOTS 15 AND 24, U.S. SURVEY 2539
FROM C -- CONSERVATION TO B-- BUSINESS; AND TRACTS C AND E LOCATED
WITHIN LOTS 15 AND 24, U.S. SURVEY 2539
FROM C- CONSERVATION TO RR1- -RURAL RESIDENTIAL ONE
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains that:
Section 1: This ordinance is not of a general and
permanent nature and shall not be codified.
Section 2: Tracts A, B, and D located within Lots 15 and
24, U.S. Survey 2539 are rezoned from C -- Conservation to B-
Business; and Tract C and E located within Lots 15 and 24, U.S.
Survey 2539 are rezoned from C -- Conservation to RR1- -Rural
Residential One.
Section 3: The official zoning map shall be updated to
reflect this rezoning.
