AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PORTION OF LOT 1, U.S. SURVEY 2539
FROM C- CONSERVATION TO RR1- -RURAL RESIDENTIAL ONE
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains that:
Section 1: This ordinance is not of a general and
permanent nature and shall not be codified.
Section 2: A Portion of Lot 1, U.S. Survey 2539
commonly known as "Nixon Ranch" is rezoned from C -- Conservation to
RR1- -Rural Residential One.
Section 3: The official zoning map shall be updated to
reflect this rezoning.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 1st DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1990.
