AN ORDINANCE REZONING TRACT B -1, KADIAK ALASKA SUBDIVISION
FIRST ADDITION FROM PL-- PUBLIC USE LANDS
TO R3-- MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains that:
Section 1: This ordinance is not of a general and
permanent nature and shall not be codified.
Section 2: Tract B -1, Kadiak Alaska Subdivision First
Addition is rezoned from PL-- Public Use Lands to R3- Multifamily
Residential.
Section 3: The official zoning map shall be updated to
reflect this rezoning.
