AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
VARIOUS FEES RELATED TO SUBDIVISION OF LAND
WHEREAS, Section 16.10.060 of the Kodiak Island Borough
Code provides for the Assembly to establish a schedule of fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly that:
Section 1: This ordinance is not of a permanent nature
and shall not be codified.
Section 2: Ordinance No. 86 -45 is hereby repealed.
Section 3: The following fee schedule is hereby adopted:
1. Abbreviated /Aliquot Part Plats $150.00
2. Preliminary Plats Creating:
5 to 12 lots
13 to 50 lots
Over 50 lots
$200.00
200.00 plus 17.50 per lot
865.00 plus 14.00 per lot
3. Vacations $200.00
4. Plan Review Services
a. Site Grading Plan Review $250.00
b. Initial & Final Improvement Plan Review
$200.00
c. Additional - Improvement Plan Reviews
$100.00 each
5. Materials Approval Services
a. First submittal of all necessary
materials and one review of necessary
corrections $200.00
b. Subsequent review of required corrections
per submittal $ 60.00
