AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS BY ADDING JOB DESCRIPTIONS
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly approved the
addition of a Staff Assistant /Personnel Director in the Mayor's
Office in the FY 90 budget; and
WHEREAS, in the FY 90 budget the Assembly approved the
reorganization of the Engineering Department and Facilities
Department, creating an Engineering and Facilities Director; and
WHEREAS, the following job descriptions have been
reviewed by the Personnel Advisory Board at their regular meeting
on July 10, 1089, and their regular meeting on January 22, 1990,
and unanimously recommended both for approved by the Assembly;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly that:
Section 1. This ordinance is of a general and permanent
nature and shall become a part of the Kodiak Island Borough
Personnel Rules and Regulations.
Section 2. Position Descriptions is amended by adding
the Staff Assistant /Personnel Director and Engineering and
Facilities Director job descriptions, which are attached hereto,
to be incorporated as part of the Kodiak Island Borough Personnel
Rules and Regulations.

amended as follows:
