1990-06 Determining the Disposition of Tax Foreclosure PropertiesLegal Description KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ORDINANCE NO. 90 -06 AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING THE DISPOSITION OF TAX FORECLOSURE PROPERTIES By: Mayor Selby Drafted by: Finance Director Introduced: 02/06/90 Public Hearing: 03/15/90 Adopted: 03/15/90 WHEREAS, by Alaska Statutes 29.45.460, the Assembly of a Borough or Council of a City, shall determine, by ordinance, whether foreclosed property deeded to the municipality under AS 45.450 shall be retained by the municipality for a public purpose; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Assembly to hold a public sale and dispose of such properties that are not retained by the municipality, and return such properties to the tax rolls; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the following properties will be retained by the Kodiak Island Borough for municipal purposes, unless such properties are redeemed on or prior to the expiration of the redemption period of March 8, 1990: Location Last Known Owner East Addition, Lot 18A, Blk 51 1526 E.
