AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17.36,
EXISTING NONCONFORMING USES AND STRUCTURES
BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
Section 1. This ordinance is of a general and permanent
nature and shall become a part of the code of ordinances of the
Kodiak Island Borough.
Section 2. Section 17.36.030 of the Borough Code is
hereby amended by adding the following to the end of the Section:
Nothing in this title shall be construed to prohibit the
creation of nonconforming lots which are federally mandated.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect upon passage and adoption.
