UNSUBDIVIDED PORTION OF U.S. SURVEY 1396 FROM C-- CONSERVATION TO B-- BUSINESS.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains that:
Section 1: An Unsubdivided Portion of U.S. Survey 1396 (to become
portions of Lots 1A -1 and 2A -1, Block 1, Allman Addition, Preliminary Plat
dated February 25, 1987, Case S -87 -011) is rezoned from C-- Conservation to
B-- Business.
Section 2: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect
this rezoning.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
passage and adoption.
