TRACT D -1, U.S. SURVEY 3218 FROM RR1- -RURAL RESIDENTIAL ONE TO B-- BUSINESS.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains that:
Section 1: Tract D -I, U.S. Survey 3218 is rezoned from RR1- -Rural
Residential One to B-- Business.
Section 2: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect this
rezoning.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
'passage and adoption.
