1986-46 Rezoning a One Acre Portion of Lot 1, U.S. Survey 3471 From RR1-Rural Residential to B-Business (Repealed by Ordinance 90-14)AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING A
ONE -ACRE PORTION OF LOT 1, U.S. SURVEY 3471 FROM RRl- -RURAL RESIDENTIAL ONE
TO B -- BUSINESS.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains that:
Section 1: A Portion of Lot 1, U.S. Survey 3471 (generally an acre
in size) is rezoned from RR1- -Rural Residential One to B -- Business. The
specific dimensions of the parcel will be determined by a preliminary plat.
The lots created by such a preliminary plat will meet all Borough zoning
regulations and requirements of the Alaska Department of Envirnomental
Conservation.
Section 2: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect
this rezoning.
Section 3: The effective date of this ordinance shall be the date
the final plat for the subdivision of Lot 1, U.S. Survey 3471, as specified
in Section 1 above, is filed.
