KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
ORDINANCE NO. 86 -45-0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY ESTABLISHING
VARIOUS FEES RELATED TO SUBDIVISION OF LAND.
WHEREAS, Section 16.10.060 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code provides for
the Assembly to establish a schedule of fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
Section I: This ordinance is not of a permanent
nature and shall not be codified.
Section II. The following fee schedule is hereby
adopted:
1. Abbreviated /Aliquot Part Plats $150.00
2. Preliminary Plats Creating:
5 to 12 lots
13 to 50 lots
• Over 50 lots
3. Vacations $200.00
4. Plan Review Services
a. Site Grading Plan Review $250.00
b. Initial & Final Improvement Plan Review $200.00
c. Additional Improvement Plan Reviews $100.00 each
5. Materials Approval Services
a. First submittal of all necessary
materials and one review of necessary
corrections $200.00
b. Subsequent review of required corrections
per submittal $60.00
6. Inspection Services - General
a. Personnel ST @ $40.00
OT @ 56.00
DT @ 72.00
b. Vehicle Hours @ $1.70
Mileage @ $.30
c. Administrative Fee 10%
$200.00
200.00 plus 17.50 per lot
865.00 plus 14.00 per lot
7. Inspection Services - Subdivision Development
Inspection of road and utility improvements shall be
$3.00 per lineal foot of construction or the hourly
rates in item 6 above, whichever is less.
