SEWER CONNECTION FEE.
WHEREAS, periodic upgrades of the sewage treatment fac lities are
necessary to accommodate increasing usage; and
WHEREAS, the costs of such upgrades should be ••rne by those
creating the need.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Kodiak i;fa• Borough Assembly
Section I: This ordinance is of a permanent ature and shall
become a part of the code of ordinances of the Kodiak island
Borough.
Section II: Section 13.01.040 A••licat for water and /or
sewer service connections shall be mo.' ied by addition of the
following subsection:
E. All applications for new sew -r service connections, or
additionof service units existing sewer services, shall
be subject to a $100 con ection for each new or additional
equivalent service ni
Section III: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon passage and adoption./
