AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING LOTS 1A
THROUGH 2A AND LOTS 6A THROUGH 9, BLOCK 5, MILLER POINT ALASKA SUBDIVISION
FROM RR1- -RURAL RESIDENTIAL ONE TO R2-- TWO - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains that:
Section 1: Lots lA through 2A and Lots 6A through 9, Block 5,
Miller Point Alaska Subdivision are rezoned from RR1- -Rural Residential One
to R2 - -Two- Family Residential.
Section 2: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect
this rezoning.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
passage and adoption.
