PORTION OF LOT 2, U.S. SURVEY 2539, KNOWN AS BRUHN POINT, FROM
C -- CONSERVATION TO RR1- -RURAL RESIDENTIAL ONE.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains that:
Section 1: A Portion of Lot 2, U.S. Survey 2539, known as Bruhn
Point (identified as a segment of Parcel 1 in the 1977 Agreement between the
U.S. Coast Guard and Koniag, Inc.) and containing approximately 38 acres is
rezoned from C -- Conservation to RR1- -Rural Residential One.
Section 2: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect
this rezoning.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
passage and adoption.
