1986-29 Establishing the Kodiak Consolidated Fire Protection Service AreaKODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ORDINANCE NO. 86 -29 -0 AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY ESTABLISHING THE KODIAK CONSOLIDATED FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE AREA TO PERFORM THE F GOVERNMENTAL SERVICE: FIRE SUPPRESSION AND PROTECTION AND EMERGEN MEDICAL SERVICES AND FOR AN ELECTION TO BE HELD FOR THAT PURPOSE. Section 4: The polling place for this election will b- all precincts in the described area including the Womens Bay, Mission Rot42 -nd all City of Kodiak precincts. Section 5: Notice of the election shall be 1:13 not less than thirty days prior to the election in the form and manner p..vided by AS 29.38.050 and Title 2 of the Kodiak Island Borough •ode of Ordinance and Resolutions. Section 6: Upon passage of the propo ,io` to establish the Kodiak Consolidated Fire Protection Service Area by the qua ified voters of that area and upon certification of said election, this ordi -nce shall become effective July 1, 1987.
