AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING THE
EAST 1/2, LOT 1, U.S. SURVEY 5701 FROM C-- CONSERVATION TO RR2- -RURAL
RESIDENTIAL TWO.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains that:
Section 1: The East 1/2, Lot 1, U.S. Survey 5701 is rezoned from
C -- Conservation to RR2- -Rural Residential Two.
Section 2: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect this
rezoning.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
passage and adoption.
