1986-20 Deleting KIG Code Section 18.20.050 Concerning Real Property Disposal in Keeping with A.S. Title 29AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY DELETING KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH CODE SECTION 18.20.050 CONCERNING REAL PROPERTY DISPOSAL IN
KEEPING WITH ALASKA STATE STATUTES TITLE 29.
WHEREAS, the deletion of this section of the Kodiak Island Borough
Code is a reflection of changes in Title 29 of Alaska State Statutes, that no
longer requires elections for a disposal of this type.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Borough Assembly that Section
18.20.050, Election required, of the Kodiak Island Borough - Code of Ordinances
is repealed and deleted as follows:
