Section 1: Tracts B -1, B -2, B -3, a Portion of C -1, E, F and G, U.S.
Survey 1682 and Woodland Acres Subdivision Third Addition, Fourth Addition and
a Portion of Fifth Addition are rezoned from C -- Conservation to R2 -- Two - Family
Residential.
Section 2: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect this
rezoning.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
passage and adoption.
